Welcome to our site! This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the site (referred to as "you”, “your” or “User” hereinafter) and elegantblissmedspa.com -- owner of the site elegantblissmedspa.com.

(1) Welcome to the website of elegantblissmedspa.com.  We provide its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). In addition, when you use any elegantblissmedspa.com service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. elegantblissmedspa.com reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
This site is created and controlled by Elegant Bliss Med Spa. The laws of the State of Ohio shall apply in respect of all Terms & Conditions Notice and disclaimers.
 

II. Application and Acceptance of the Terms 

(1) Your use of elegantblissmedspa.com services, and products (collectively the as the “Services” hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and any other rules and policies of elegantblissmedspa.com that may be published by elegantblissmedspa.com from time to time. This document and such other rules and policies of elegantblissmedspa.com are collectively referred to below as the “Terms”. By accessing elegantblissmedspa.com or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms. Please do not use the Services or elegantblissmedspa.com if you do not accept all of the Terms.
(3)You acknowledge and agree that elegantblissmedspa.com may amend any Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on elegantblissmedspa.com. By continuing to use the Services or elegantblissmedspa.com, you agree that the amended Terms will apply to you.

(4)You agree not to take any advantage in using the information listed on elegantblissmedspa.com or received from any representatives of elegantblissmedspa.com in the activities including: setting price levels, or quotations of products and services which are not purchased from elegantblissmedspa.com, preparing website contents, writing contract or agreements which are without elegantblissmedspa.com participation.

(1) Since we are continuously developing and upgrading our products and service, any technical, non-technical specification, including but not limited to web pages, reports tables, figures, images, videos or audios of any of products of elegantblissmedspa.com may be altered or completely changed in formats and contents without a prior notification either online or offline.
(2) Prices listed on elegantblissmedspa.com or provided by any representatives of elegantblissmedspa.com are subject to change without a prior notice.

 

V. Limitation of Liability

(1) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through elegantblissmedspa.com is done at each User's sole discretion and risk and each User is solely responsible for any damage to elegantblissmedspa.com computer system or loss of data that may result from the download of any such material.

In addition, we gather statistical information about the Site and visitors to the Site including, but not limited to, IP addresses, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors.

--verifying your identity;
--processing your registration as a user, providing you with a log-in ID for the Site and maintaining and managing your registration;

Appointment Policy:

Please reschedule/cancel all appointments within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment online via Facebook Messenger or text/call 513-599-1611.To ensure availability, we suggest that you reserve your appointment in advance. Due to high client traffic, appointments will be considered a now show and canceled after 15 minutes of scheduled time. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments if and when possible, and we are more than happy to reschedule appointments within 24-hour notice. Please be aware that there is a $30.00 NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION fee if we are unable to fill your canceled appointment time. In a small business such as ours, we run a tight daily schedule in order to give of clients the best pricing available. Short notice cancellations and no shows are detrimental to our ability to provide a good service and continue a profitable business. We ask for your help and cooperation in this matter.

 

Refund Policy:

All sales and services are final after purchasing. Due to the intimate nature of our products and services, we do not give refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns or cancellations after an order is placed. Please measure your waist/thighs /body and/or email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Here are a few things to consider before you place your order:

Please be advised orders may take 2-4 business days to process and ship after your posted transaction, not including weekends, all garments are inspected before shipment. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only.  Orders placed after 11 am EST will begin processing the next business day.  We cannot cancel your order once the shipment has been processed. Once your order is "processing" it cannot be canceled. 

We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes. Actual delivery timeframes may vary from region to region. In the event you are experiencing delivery delays please contact FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS, we are unable to expedite shipping delays. Due to the impact of the current events and the mandates in place, carriers networks are experiencing nationwide delays. Please expect delays for standard shipping shipping. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. We ask for your understanding during this time. Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

We only ship during the business week Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email. If you have not received your shipment email please check your junk/spam folder.

Please be advised we cannot cancel/refund your order once it has shipped. If you're experiencing any delays please contact the shipping carrier (FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS)

The billing address and shipping address must match, or we will not ship your order without authorization of the billing addressee, valid phone number, and PHOTO ID. Please forward this information to contact@elegantblissmedspa.com. Otherwise, your order will be canceled. 

Please be advised you may receive your order in multiple shipments, reasons: availability of garments ordered, and/or ordered garments are shipping from different fulfillment centers.

Mail carriers depending on your location: FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS mail 7-14 business days.

All shipments delivered to APT/UNITS/ orders with 3 garments or more will be subjected to signature confirmation at delivery. We do not ship to hotels, and are not responsible for missing/stolen packages. Please be advised shipping delays are out of control, and we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes. No refunds will be given for delayed delivery.

Guest Policy:

Only guests receiving a service with our staff will only be permitted at Elegant Bliss Med Spa. No children are allowed. Guests under the age of 18 years old receiving a service must have a parent present to sign the release form. No recording devices of any kind are allowed on Elegant Bliss Med Spa premises. All disputes must be settled in mediation. Any complaints need to be submitted in writing. You must consult with your personal physician prior to receiving our services.

FAQ'S:

I. How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

II. Can I track my order?

We rely on FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Once your product has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information, please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received an email within the processing and shipping times. 

III. Delivery issues/missing or stolen packages?

Due to unforeseen events, shipping delays may occur, please take this into consideration before placing your order. Please contact the shipping providers (FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS) if you're experiencing issues with delivery, shipping delays within the carrier network are out of our control.  For missing & lost packages, please contact the appropriate carrier FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS to file a claim with your tracking number. Please note we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages. Please review your shipping address, in the event you entered the incorrect shipping address we will not be responsible for your missing package.  Once your product is shipped and the tracking number is received it is your responsibility to track your package. If you have not received tracking information, please check your junk /spam folder. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. 

*Products can only be shipped to the billing address if a product needs to be shipped to a different address an email must be sent to contact@elegantblissmedspa.com with authorization to ship to a different address along with a valid telephone number and PHOTO ID. Your order will be canceled if you are unable to verify this information.

 

 

Hygiene Protocol: 

This is a friendly reminder that maintaining clean hygiene is MANDATORY before your body sculpting sessions. Due to the fact that these procedures are manual, we have the right to refuse service to any client that has difficulty following our hygiene protocols to protect the safety of our technicians and clients. We understand that things can happen but please be courteous and respectful to your technicians as they would like to give you the best service for your needs. Please avoid coming in for an appointment if you have any open scars or wounds to prevent the spread of blood borne pathogens. In addition, ladies who are on their menstrual cycle should not book buttocks lift appointments until AFTER their cycle is over. Skin conditions and peeling should be discussed with a technician before booking an appointment as well. If you have any questions or concerns about our hygiene protocols please contact us and we will try to help you to the best of our abilities. Thank you in advance!

 COVID-19 Best Practices: 

A mask is required upon entry. If you are not wearing a mask you will not be able to do your procedure. Upon arrival, please take the time to wash your hands before beginning your procedure. No guests are allowed to accompany clients at this time. someone they Please limit bringing personal belongings into the facility.

Please refrain from booking or cancel your appointment if you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, if you've been out of the country in the last two weeks or if you are experiencing any of these symptoms:
